Thanks very much, it was a very very good stay for the price. The location is excellent, 2 km from a large museum. It's in the commercial area close enough to railstation and downtown, the Metro and both Falbdres and Europe Rail station, and both train stations and shopping which is another bonus.

I didn't feel like leaving and would want to stay there again. Had a real good stay for the price, glad I've chosen it. The staff were all amicable and helpful. Its location was incredible, next to the 2 main stations, Europe and Flandres, a big Carrefour-also adjacent to the Gare and Carrefour supermarket.

I had a very good stay at this good basic hotel. The room was well-equipped and spotless with kitchen when upgraded. The staff was amicable, provided a quick check-in and a late check-out.

It had good and magnificent location, so close to everything, station, metro, shopping and xmas fayre, all the main sights in Lille and an HUGE indoor shopping area and a big Carrefour-also adjacent to the Gare.

It has excellent very central location close to the city center. The restaurant serves fresh French food.

The apartment is warm and huge. It has magnificent and stunning location to a large shopping centre.

Our rooms were huge and practical. Comfortable beds, we greatly enjoyed it. The location was incredible and nice, near to all the main sights in Lille, the adjacent shopping mall, and shopping centre and train station.

Great location, right next to a shopping center and close to the city center. Super convenient for exploring and shopping. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the city. The staff was kind and accommodating. They provided water in the fridge and there was a kitchenette for simple meals.

The pillows were uncomfortable and flat, but I managed to make do. It would have been nice to have air conditioning or better cooling options, as it got quite hot in the room.

Central location, free internet.

No hair-dryer in the rooms, the girl from the recception told us they had 3 hair-dryers for the whole hotel, and, of course, they all were on hands. Breakfast is not served on weekends.

Room clean and was exactly as stated. Everything worked and was ideally located to get around Lille.

Accessibility was not clear. The information provided on email was in French and did not ciommunicate the importance of retaining access codes when hotel reception not around. Lack of personnel on what is normally a busy period was very poor.

I stayed at Séjours & Affaires for one night on my way to Normandy. It was the perfect location, near everything - the train station, metro, shopping, and the Christmas fayre. The hotel was clean, modern, and quiet, and I had a great view from my twelfth-floor apartment window. Excellent value for money!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The accommodation was very compact and contained everything necessary for a budget stay where we cooked our own breakfast and lunch in the hotel and went to a restaurant for dinner. The hotel is next to LilleEurope station so we could leave out suitcase at the hotel and explore the town before our train was due. There's an amazing hypermarket next door along with shops of all descriptions.

The staff, whilst perfectly helpful if asked, did not acknowledge us as we entered/exited the hotel. This did not add a good ambience to the hotel and it felt like a cross between a hotel and a hostel at times. The hotel reception closes about 9 o'clock each evening which is a bit alarming should anything go wrong.

The quality you get for the price you pay is ok.

The first thing I heared at the reception was a the guy, with that typical French arrogant tone of voice, explaining me that a parking place could only be booked via telephone and not at the moment of booking it online. Therefore I had to park in an expensive parking lot. Is it so difficult to receive online parking reservations or to mention that it can only be booked by phone?

Great location, close to city center and next to a mall. Fully equipped kitchen was very convenient. The staff was friendly and offered us another room when there was an issue with our toilet. The view from the bedroom was fantastic.

The overall state of the apartment was not great with stains on walls and poor quality flooring. The building was poorly insulated, with large windows and cold metallic walls.

Ok. Its good to stay with family with safety and security. This is Heart of the city and its easier to move anywhere.
